Body found in Porirua Harbour

Police have located a man's body in Porirua harbour.

Police were called just after 10.30 this morning after reports of a body floating in the harbour.

Train services between Porirua and Paraparaumu were briefly suspended while the line was closed to recover the body, but have now resumed.

Police say they're making enquiries into the circumstances of the death.
