Blenheim homicide investigation launched after woman found dead; man due in court

A homicide investigation has been launched after a woman was found dead at a property in Blenheim.

Police were called to a property on Muller Rd in Blenheim at around 8.30am yesterday.

A 55-year-old man has since been arrested and charged with murder.

He is due to appear at Blenheim District Court today.

Police say they are “not seeking anyone further in relation to this incident”.
