ANZ National Bank workers have again rejected the bank's employment offer and will continue nationwide rolling strikes, says the finance sector union.
Staff represented by Finsec yesterday rejected the bank's offer by a 73 per cent majority, said the union's campaigns director, Karen Skinner.
It was the fifth time theyhave rejected the bank's offer since negotiations started 10 weeks ago.
Ms Skinner said staff were seeking fair compensation for working weekends and evenings, and assurances that the bank will treat the employees from its two merging brands, ANZ and National, equally.
