Bail continues in Guy case

A 21-year-old Queenstown man charged over the Scott Guy murder case was yesterday remanded on continued bail to reappear in the Queenstown District Court on July 25.

Judge Kevin Phillips ordered suppression of the man's name, the charges and the details of the charges to be continued.The court was cleared for the hearing of the bail application.

The judge noted "considerable interest" in lifting suppression and invited submissions by May 30.

Scott Guy was shot dead in Feilding in July last year.
