It has not been an auspicious start for Auckland rail operator Veolia, as it prepares for another big test tonight.
The first service of the day from Papakura to Auckland broke down this morning.
Veolia says it was coupled to another train, the passengers were moved into the second train,
and taken to Britomart.
It has not said what the problem was.
