A baby girl who fell about half a metre onto her head was flown to Auckland's Starship Hospital after she was rendered unconscious for a short period.
But when the Auckland Westpac Rescue Helicopter crew arrived in Pauanui at 6.43pm on Friday the young girl was responsive and alert.
An
Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust spokeswoman said it was a minor fall.
The baby's grandmother accompanied her to the hospital.
