A Lower Hutt man accused of attacking relatives with an axe has been remanded in custody.
Ricardo Awatere, 30, appeared in Lower Hutt District Court today charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and assault with a weapon.
He was arrested on Sunday after allegedly attacking a
