Aussies admit to speeding

An Australian poll shows nine out of 10 Australians admit to occasionally or usually exceeding the speed limit.

The Motor Report poll showed 20 per cent of respondents say they "drive at whatever speed I can get away with".

Website director Steane Klose admitted his readership was car-mad but said the result indicated a credibility gap between everyday drivers and the regulations governing them, particularly in relation to speed cameras.
