Traffic flowing again after three-car crash on Auckland Harbour Bridge

Traffic is flowing freely again after two lanes on the Auckland Harbour Bridge were blocked by a three-car crash earlier this morning.

Police said they attended the crash around 6.22am.

“Two northbound lanes were blocked for around 20 minutes while the lanes were cleared.

The New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) had earlier advised motorists to expect delays while emergency services cleared the vehicles and debris from the southern side of the bridge.

The lanes have since been reopened, but NZTA said motorists should still allow time for congestion to ease.
