Police seeking John Joseph Paparoa wanted for assault, firearms offenses and dishonesty

Police are seeking help from the public to locate wanted man John Joseph Paparoa.

Auckland police are seeking to arrest him in relation to alleged dishonesty, assault and firearm-related offending.

The 52-year-old is believed to be actively avoiding arrest.

Police are also concerned for his welfare.

Anyone with information on him or his whereabouts are being asked to contact Police on 105 using the reference number 250131/8937.
