The New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) said to expect delays while traffic clears.
This morning, a lane on the Auckland Harbour Bridge was blocked during morning rush hour due to a police incident.
The lane reopened around 8am.
NZTA said the incident has been resolved.
But motorists were still warned to expect delays while the traffic clears.
Traffic was crawling with long queues banked up to the central motorway network interchange.
Police said it temporarily closed one of the outer northbound lanes on the Auckland Harbour Bridge due to an incident around 7.15am.
“The lane is now clear and traffic is moving freely.”
NZTA earlier said the left northbound lane was closed.
