“The occupants had evacuated and there were no reports of injury.”
After the fire was initially deemed “suspicious”, police said investigators now believe “there are no suspicious circumstances” following a scene examination.
Video footage of the incident taken by a neighbour about 10.19am showed a section of the house fully engulfed in flames.

White smoke could be seen billowing across the sky from a distance.
A witness said the resident, who had been living there for 21 years, was told the fire was “really bad”.
“[She] left at 9.30am and got a call an hour later that her house was on fire.
“Firemen say it’s really bad. Waiting on investigators to come down and assess the situation if it was on purpose.
The house fire that broke out on Haronui Rd, Greenlane, has been contained.
“A neighbour called it in so thankfully the fire trucks got here early enough to control it. They said it’s really bad inside though. The garage still looks intact.”
Emergency housing is being organised for the resident.
