Auckland train cancellations on Western line

Trains on the Western line are delayed and some trips cancelled this morning.

Auckland Transport tweeted to advise travellers to expect delays and cancellations because of a "train fault" near Glen Eden.

Expect some delays and cancellations on the Western line due to a train fault near Glen Eden. Trains running approx every 20 minutes.

Trains on the line are running every 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, traffic on the Southern Motorway is heavy between Papakura and Takanini, and on the Northwestern there are delays at the Southern Link.
