Save Police are warning Auckland motorists to avoid using the area around the Highbrook Drive off-ramp at Otara after an oil spill.
Police said a transformer has fallen off a truck and spilled oil all over the off-ramp.
Significant traffic delays are expected until the spillage is cleared.
Motorists are advised
to avoid the area from the off-ramp all the way to Bairds Road, Otara.
