Q: I bought a pair of hearing aids from Century Mail for $69.95 last year. There is no mention in the ad that these will be unsuitable for tinnitus, which I have. The information is only on the package. On seeing this, I sent the package straight back. I have written to Century Mail three times for a refund, but not received a reply. What can I do? - Marcelle, Auckland

A: I spoke to a representative of Century Mail who says you will receive a refund within 10 to 15 days. He says your letters appear to have been lost. If you have any problems in future, he asks that you call 0800 557799.
