Q: I am unhappy with the fees I am being charged by my bank. Every month I am charged at least $100. I have two business accounts, one personal and one credit card. All I do is move money between those accounts. Sometimes the fees empty my account out so that direct debits bounce - and then I get charged fees for that. What can I do? - Rachel, Whangarei

ANZ responded: "We're very upfront about our fees. They're set out in our terms and conditions, which are provided to our customers. We'd be happy to work with Rachel on ways to minimise or avoid fees, and to ensure she has the right accounts or products and is using them in the best way for her circumstances."
