Further arrests are anticipated and police are continuing to search for a number of others in relation to this incident both in Auckland and other parts of the country.
Acting Detective Senior Sergeant Marcia Murray said this had been a traumatic ordeal for staff at the premises.
She also stressed that Police would not want people taking the law into their own hands to resolve perceived grievances.
"No one has a right to enter a building, remove people and illegally lay claim to an area. Such activity is a criminal offence and will result in those who participate in activities of this type being held accountable through the Courts."
