A 19-year-old man has been charged with the aggravated robbery of the Ding Dong Dang Dairy on Auckland's North Shore.
On August 13, a masked man armed with a knife stole tobacco from the Hillcrest dairy in broad daylight, after threatening the owners.
Police say the media profile given to
the robbery resulted in a strong and positive response from the public.
They say a number of calls were received, which produced very accurate information.
The arrested teenager, who is unemployed, will appear in the North Shore District Court today.
