Armed robber holds up woman

A shotgun-toting robber held up a woman in a street at Takanini, south Auckland, this morning.

She was at the intersection of Westbrook Ave and Oakleigh Ave about 10.15am when a blue stationwagon pulled in front of her and a man pointed what was believed to be a sawn off shotgun.

He took a business cash tin she had been carrying and drove off.
