A photograph of a naked anorexic woman has appeared in Italian newspapers and on billboards to highlight the effects of the illness during Milan fashion week while promoting a fashion brand.
Isabelle Caro has suffered from anorexia for 15 years. She hopes the use of her image in Italian fashion brand Nolita's advertisements will raise awareness about the illness.
