DRAUGHTSPERSON
We are offering an opportunity for a keen draughtsperson on a contract basis to join our well-established Tauranga based professional Building Surveying team.
We are looking for an intermediate or junior draughtsperson.
Preference will be given to applicants with a residential background that have had experience working with local councils.
Ideally you will have:
An architectural qualification, good computing skills and residential draughting experience.
Practical building experience would be beneficial.
Sound knowledge of NZBC, NZS 3604 and supporting standards.
Ability to understand and prepare consent drawings and documentation for council submission.
