Another mystery parcel received on West Coast

Three weeks after West Coast people started receiving surprise packages from Paris, another has been delivered to an unsuspecting Greymouth resident.

Senior Sergeant Allyson Ealam said a man had received a pen in the mail from a Singapore address.

The recipient did not recognise the name on the envelope.

"It is very odd. The parcel contained just a pen, no note - nothing else.''

Police have dusted the pen for fingerprints.
