Team New Zealand helmsman Peter Burling's club will also be showing the races live. The Tauranga Yacht and Powerboat Club will be watching along live as Burling looks to snare the Cup from Oracle.
A club spokeswoman said they would be showing the races in exchange for a gold coin donation.
Dr Rudi's rooftop bar on Auckland's Viaduct Harbour is fully licenced to screen the America's Cup and will be open for business from 5am.
Other bars on the Viaduct contacted by the Herald said they were not showing the racing.
A staff member at The Fox Sporting Bar and Restaurant said they didn't have a licence to be open during the racing.
During the 2015 Rugby World Cup held in England, the time difference meant that All Blacks games were shown during similarly early hours.
