Save Police have located the driver involved in an alleged hit and run which left a pedestrian injured in Queenstown.
A car hit the pedestrian about 10pm last night near Adelaide Street and Frankton Road.
Police alleged last night that the driver of a silver station wagon left the scene, possibly
travelling up Melbourne St.
This morning, they said a 33-year-old male driver had been located and would appear in Queenstown District Court on Monday.
He is facing charges of failing to stop/ascertain injury after crash and driving dangerously causing injury.
