Infomercial queen Suzanne Paul is no longer the face of Natural Glow, the cosmetics that made her a household name.
After a five-year partnership, Paul has decided it is time to move on from promoting the pots of bronzing powder full of "thousands of luminous spheres."
She has retired from her position with the company that owns the brand, Quantum Prestige.
Her move coincides with a decision by Quantum to overhaul the product's image, including a move away from using Paul as its "face."
More than half a million pots and compacts have been sold in the past five years.
Quantum spokeswoman Belinda Kropach said research showed the product needed to "come out of the closet."
"Many women use the product but they don't like admitting that they use it.
"We intend to completely remove that perception with the new branding."
Natural Glow will be repackaged as Natural Image and will be linked to an aromatherapy range.
The price and ingredients of the original product will stay the same.
"Aesthetically, it wasn't a very attractive product in the old form," said Ms Kropach.
"But now no one has the excuse that they can't be proud to bring the compact out of their handbag in public to touch up their makeup, so to speak."
Having Suzanne Paul launch the product gave it the exposure and start that it needed, "but now we want it to sell on its own merits of actually being a really good product."
Paul's agent, Karen Kay, said Paul was proud of Natural Glow but had left it behind.
She said Paul was busy working on television projects, building a house and travelling.
