Accredited Visiting Service & Health Promotion Coordinator
Do you have: •A passion for making a difference in the lives of older adults •Experience working with volunteers - recruitment, support and training •Health promotion experience - coordinating, delivering and reporting on projects
Age Concern Wanganui is a professional Not-For-Profit organisation committed to thewellbeing of older people in the greater Whanganui community. We require a suitably qualified person to coordinate the Accredited Visiting Service and Age Concern Wanganui's health promotion program. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with passion and empathy for older people and have:
•The ability to relate positively and communicate effectively with a wide range of people •Knowledge of the community and service providers relevant to older people
You will also need to: •Have exceptional interpersonal skills •Participate in the team environment •Have good computer skills •Have a current drivers licence and reliable transport
