Through our network of offices, we look after the training
needs of nearly 3,500 businesses, helping 20,000 people
develop their skills on the job each year. We design and
manage qualifications to make sure our workforce is highly
skilled. We cover entry level to advanced technical trades
qualifications.

You will be responsible for promoting, developing, managing
and arranging training and assessment to customers by
working with employers, providers, trainees to successfully
implement competency based training and assessments.

Working closely with employers, apprentices and training
providers to promote, develop and manage apprenticeships
in the Wood Manufacturing and Engineering sector.
This role can be based in Rotorua or Tauranga and will
cover the Bay of Plenty / Waikato Region. A qualification in
Engineering or Wood Manufacturing is desirable for this role.

• Strong operational experience and qualifications in
Engineering or Wood Manufacturing sector

• Demonstrated experience in a primarily customer
focused role

• Ability to manage and maintain an existing portfolio and
grow the business

• Ability to drive and develop robust relationships with
customers

• Self-driven and motivated individual with the preference to
work autonomously

• Results driven with the ability to work in a challenging
learning environment

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Competent with computers and confident with using
internal databases

• Understanding of Education or Training industry beneficial
(NZQA knowledge)

• Moderator & Assessor training will be of advantage
