Tim Buisson, back home for the first time in two years, was met by his father David.
Where have you travelled from?
Tim:From London. Been out living there for a couple of years, haven't been back home.
So it's been a couple of years since you've been home?
Tim: Yeah, it's pretty nice to be back actually. You always get that funny feeling when you arrive back in, so awesome.
What are your plans for Christmas?
Tim: Just hanging out with my family really. Seeing my nephew and niece, spend a bit of time with Daddy-o [laughs]. Relax on the beach, it's a bit miserable over there at the moment.
Tim: We're both from Dunedin I guess, but living up in Auckland now.
David: We live in Sandy Bay.
Christmas in Auckland is a bit of a change from London. And how does it feel for you to have him back, David?
David: Oh, it's great to have him back. It's always nice to have this one back. We've still got one in London at the moment, but it is a bit of a family reunion this time. Our daughter's back for her first Christmas, permanently.
