A hog-sized price for Carlos' Harley

Carlos Spencer will reluctantly part with his 1450cc Harley-Davidson - for a price. The former All Black, who leaves next month to play rugby for Northampton, wants $77,000 for his Softail model "Los-Harley".

"It's a one-off machine," said Geoff Bond, salesman at Auckland Motorcycles and Power Sports, where the motorbike has been for about a week.

The custom-built machine has a whopping rear tyre and Spencer's own paint design - a dark frame decorated with licks of silver lightning. Spencer will, however, keep the personalised plate - LOS.
