Police are investigating yesterday's fatal crash between a car and a bicycle in the Wairarapa.
A 48-year-old Lower Hutt man was killed in the incident on Western Lake Rd, approximately 7km south of Featherston.
His name will not be released until his next of kin have been notified, policed said.
Police were called to the scene, between Bartons Rd and Cross Creek Rd, shortly before 5pm on Sunday.
CPR was attempted but was unsuccessful.
