2016 KIWIFRUIT SEASON

Due to extended packhouse hours for the 2016 season we have new positions available.

We need:
QUALITY CONTROLLER'S
With Kiwifruit industry experience in a Quality Control and ZIL approved role (CCP's 2-5).
Thorough understanding of MPI phytosanitary requirements.
Working knowledge of Radford Quality Manager and Kiwi Plus system.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Capable of making decisions without delay.
Able to remain calm and composed to get the job done.

EDI/ Documentation Support Staff
Attention to detail needed, must be computer literate; experience with Kiwi Plus may be an advantage.

Forklift Drivers
Coolstore and/or Yard experience an advantage.

We also require:
• Floor Supervisors
• Tray Prep Supervisors
• Bin Tip Operator

We will keep you fuelled with yummy morning and afternoon teas. Meals available at a small cost for those working a full shift.

Birchwood is a grower owned co-operative specialising in the growing, packing and coolstoring of kiwifruit in Katikati, Bay of Plenty.
