More than 200 leisure marchers from 10 teams around the lower North Island will be stepping out in a free display at the Genesis Recreation Centre tomorrow.
The Wairarapa team of Woops a Daisies is hosting the event, which coincides with their own 20th anniversary.
The event begins with amarch past of all teams at 11am, including an older team that features six original members, according to captain Cheryl Gunderson.
Leisure marching is non-competitive and includes a wide range of routines and music styles.
"The motto is for fun, fitness and friendship," she said, and the event is open for the free viewing pleasure of the public.
