A lucky punter has won a whopping $10.3 million in tonight's Lotto draw.

Details of the massive win are yet to be released but are expected to be shortly.

Three others are $26,700 richer after the draw, according to the Lotto website.

In May this year a Powerball player from Thames won $27.3m.

Lotto's biggest ever prize of $44m was scooped up by a young Auckland couple when it was drawn in November last year.
