Andrew Nicol is founder/MD of recruitment company Agoge; he identified the industry is at risk of disruption due to three global trends: machine learning, collaboration and the gig economy.

He and co-founder Vivek Sharma developed the concept of coHired – believing a business can grow, scale, be profitable and do good as well. Their vision is "People Matter – Do Good" and the business has been running for just one year, based in Hamilton, Waikato, with 10 staff.

coHired won BNZ Start-Up Alley this year and is working with The Icehouse Flux programme to connect with investors. coHired is looking to raise capital and expand globally.
