Phil Gibson and Llia Apostolou were perfect strangers, little did they expect to fall in love.
It's really the stuff of romance novels - Apostolou was desperate for a date to her sister's wedding so jokingly put the call out on Twitter, looking for somebody to fake a relationship withher.
Through the random invite she met Gisbon, a stranger who would later become her husband.
Three years ago Apostolou posted: "Are you a man? Can I borrow you for a wedding next weekend? Bonus points if you can source a baby that I can pretend is mine too".
Gibson sent back a lighthearted response saying "I've got a suit and everything".
The pair dated for the last three years and last week Apostolou posted to her followers - who have been following her relationship since her cry out for a date - confirming she had now married Gibson.

"Almost exactly three years later, I can say ... Reader, I married him," she tweeted.
Gibson also posted a picture to Twitter with the caption: "Did it! Here's and my wife Llia on the way back from the registry office."
