A woman has told how she was body-shamed by a Snapchat follower who told her she had a "bit of a belly" in a bikini snap.
Talia Gargan, from Lancaster, said he also accused her of being a 'catfish' - someone who adopts a fake online persona to lure peopleinto relationships - after she posted a snap from her holiday to Mallorca, The Daily Mail reports.
Shocked Talia, who fired back to say she "wasn't made to impress" the man, shared their message exchange on Twitter with the words 'nice way to knock me down eh?', and her post quickly began circulating online.
She was indundated with supportive messages and compliments from fellow users stunned by the cruel remarks on her 'stunning' holiday snaps.
Talia had posted a picture of herself in a leopard print bikini top and black bottoms on Snapchat when she got the message.
'Hahahaha I wasn't made to impress you hahahaha you w****r,' she wrote.

But in another message, which appears to be from the same person, he continued to make derogatory remarks about the picture.
He said: "Really glad you uploaded this btw wouldve been anoying meeting wasting time to be catfished."
Talia continued to stand her ground, firing back: 'No wonder you're f*****g single hun hahaha sorry I'm not a size 6 i wasn't made to impress you or all people, you ain't nothing special, looks don't mean s*** when you're a nasty p***k trying to put others down, now you've gone out of your way after I blocked you on snap to comment on my body yet again, you must have an exciting life.

'Now p*** off n carry on talking s*** selfies of ya self hun bye. Ps wouldn't of met you anyway ya t****r [sic].'
Talia then took to Twitter to share the exchange with her followers, including screenshots of the troll's comments.
"This has made me so mad!!! You do you girl, you look amazeee Xx," another posted.
A third wrote: 'You don't know me but just come across this and just wanna say how fit ya look in that photo, what a gorgeous body! You confident queen, share some confidence with me! Can't believe some people are like this, his loss!
"HUN! You've got an unbelievable figure," another agreed.
