They're designed to celebrate the efforts of Brancott Estate to protect the natural environment, particularly the NZ falcon. 2014 Coopers Creek Marlborough Pinot Gris 'The Pointer'. A wine that embraces summer with ease and is food friendly across a wide range of dishes. It is off-dry in style with distinctive flavours of spice, apple, pear and a dash of forest floor. There's a lovely minerality and this wine is perfect with almost everything but especially Asian cuisine. Price: $21-$25
