As the world continues to wait for news on the birth of Prince Harry's first child, bookies are picking Tuesday as the day Babu Sussex will enter the world.

Which would see the newest royal share birthday honours with its cousin Prince Louis, who will turn one that day.

Prince Louis already shares his birthday with another royal, 37-year-old Lady Gabriella Windsor, who is the daughter of Prince Michael of Kent.

Bookies are taking bets on all things royal baby-related, including the name, gender and weight of Baby Sussex.

It seems punters are convinced the royal couple are expecting a girl and will name it after Prince Harry's late mother, Princess Diana.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: "Royal punters have spoken and if we're going with the majority, then Meghan will give birth to a baby girl named Diana on Tuesday afternoon, weighing a healthy 6lb something!"

Earlier this month, reports swirled that tennis star Serena Williams had inadvertently revealed the sex of Baby Sussex during an interview with E! News.

Sharing her advice for new mothers, she said: "Accept mistakes and don't expect to be perfect. We put so much pressure on ourselves.

"My friend is pregnant and she's like, 'Oh, my kid's gonna do this,' and I just looked at her and I was like, 'No, she's not.' I'm like, 'No, you're not'."

While Williams never directly referred to Markle, many believe that was who she was speaking about.

The pair have been close friends for several years and Williams was front and centre at the royal wedding last year.

Meanwhile, rumours continue to swirl that Baby Sussex may have already arrived, after staff at Windsor Castle were denied access to a carpark this week, which overlooks the Sussex home, Frogmore Cottage.

Revealed: Kate's techniques for gorgeous royal baby photos

Last week, Kensington Palace announced: "Their Royal Highnesses have taken the personal decisions to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private."

Reports suggest security has been increased to protect the couple's privacy, leading some to speculate Baby Sussex may already be at home with the couple.

Likewise, Prince William and his father Prince Charles are both booked on royal visits following the Easter break, with William due to arrive in New Zealand this week.

Royal watchers insist it would be highly unlikely for Prince Harry's brother and father to head overseas if the newest royal was still due to arrive.
