Mr Hussein said there were a lot of talented people in the Mangere community "and this young man is one of them".
He said Tyrone had "a dream to go big" and was thrilled to be videoed.

Facebook users posted dozens of positive remarks, with some saying they had seen him perform at the Mangere town centre and the Mangere Bridge markets.
