Leopold's mother adjusts the glasses to sit better on her baby's face then stares into his eyes. Looking down for a moment, presumably allowing his vision to adjust, the video ends with Leopold refocusing on his mother, giggling as she continues to talk to him.
According to the UK's NHS, Leopold's condition, oculocutaneous albinism, means he is missing pigmentation from his irises and could suffer a number of eye conditions in the future, including impaired vision and sensitivity to light.
