She's known for her fun sense of humour - and Victoria Beckham poked fun at herself in a new video for Vogue, in which she celebrated her style icon status.

The mother-of-four slipped back into the latex cat suit she wore 22 years ago for the Say You'll Be There video, the very clip that made David fall in love with her, as she celebrated ten years of her most iconic fashion looks.

Adding a matching headpiece, she kicks one leg in the air, while on her phone, while Vogue's Editor-in-chief Edward Enninful playfully begs her to take a more conservative approach.

According to the Daily Mail, in 2017, Victoria had spoken about the Spice Girls reunion plans, saying: "I don't think I'll be slipping into a PVC catsuit anytime soon."

To celebrate 10 years of the Victoria Beckham brand, British Vogue has joined forces with the style icon to reveal the true VB. Her modern, minimal style is what we all know her for. Or is it…? Click the link in bio to see the full video, where Victoria tells Edward Enninful what she wants, what she really, really wants… ✌️ Written and directed by @isaacjlock Featuring @victoriabeckham, @edward_enninful, @ctilburymakeup, @venetialscott, @mrsvoguester. Retired footballer David famously revealed it was love at first sight when he first set his eyes on the beauty while wearing the outfit for the famous video.

At the time, he said: "That's the girl for me and I'm going to get here! She's my idea of perfection. I knew that if she wanted me, we would be together forever."

Victoria, 44, starts the Vogue video wearing the famous LBD she modelled many times while in the Spice Girls, while doing the 'V' sign in killer heels.

Edward said: "We are here today on the set of British Vogue, to celebrate ten years of Victoria Beckham."

The star herself is then seen wearing a monogrammed white satin robe and a towel on her head as she pokes fun at herself.

She said: "We're shooting a cover story celebrating the rich and inspiring history of one of the most enduring style icons of all time. Me, Victoria Beckham."

Victoria continues: "This is where two fashion forces join to make something quite incredible. This really is where... 2 become 1."

Victoria then reminds Edward she is a "minimalist" saying "super simple," as a host of mannequins wearing her past elaborate ensembles are carried behind her.

Victoria is then seen re-wearing the same Vivienne Westwood wedding dress she married David in, back in 1999, as she says she wants to keep the shoot "simple."

The Beckhams were famously derided for sitting on thrones during their wedding at the time, but it's clear Victoria can now see the funny side.

The video also shows her directing as removal men take one of the ornate chairs off the lorry. It's still wrapped in bubble wrap and tape but it's unmistakable.

Beyond the paparazzi flashbulbs, masterful personal branding, social-media savvy, and fashion and sporting prowess, lies the day-to-day business of family life. And the Beckhams are just like any normal family unit – water pistols and all. Victoria is then seen wearing the silver glitzy creation she wore when the Spice Girls performed their final concert in Toronto, Ontario in 2007.

Edward appears keen to focus more on her contemporary looks, but Victoria hilariously says: "What about me dancing in a space pyramid, followed by a chainmail bikini?"

As he tries to interject, she puts out her hand and exclaims: "Edward. I am giving you everything... all that joy can bring. This I swear. And all I want from you is the promise that... you will at least give it a shot."

She continues to a baffled Edward: "Spice up your life, Edward. Just spice up your life."

VB also posted the video on her Instagram account on Monday.

She wrote: "To celebrate ten years behind the scenes of my first shoot with @britishvogue - where I tell @edward_enninful what I want, what I really really want. x VB #VBsince08."
