The best meal I have ever eaten was ... Vinnies six years ago - lightly battered softshell crab, avocado and pepper tian with coriander and chilli sorbet. Then braised ox cheek wrapped in prosciutto with cepe mushrooms, broad beans and potato gnocchi followed by liquorice brulee with poached fig and fig sorbet.
