I don't have any beauty secrets, which is why I look 55 when I am 55. I am completely feckless when it comes to face creams, shampoos and makeup. I use something different every time because none are better than any others. No cream will prevent lines - all they do is protect it from water loss.

I look much better after a good night's sleep and feel that sex, happiness and laughter must be great for the complexion.

I never let my face in the sun now, but did so for years. I have had brown marks removed by laser.

The French say when you are 20 you have the face God gave you, when you are 30 you have the face cosmetics give you and by the time you are 40 you have the face you deserve.

My secret anti-ageing product is Creme De La Mer. I also take flaxseed oil. I try to get good sleep and fill my life with love and good thoughts.

Oh no, I'm not worried about ageing. I'm not scared of plastic surgery at all.
