Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is known for his great physique, but that doesn't come without a lot of hard work and massive meals.

Revealing his dietand exercise plan to Muscle and Fitness, The Rock starts the day with a cardio session between 4 and 5am before enjoying a meal of cod, eggs and oatmeal.
The former wrestler then works out for a further 90 minutes then enjoys his six other meals spread throughout the day.
These dishes contain a mixture of fish, rice, vegetables with a 220g steak alongside a baked potato and spinach for meal number five.
The 42-year-old actor previously revealed he changed his diet to suit which role he is playing.
"For different roles my condition and training and diet does alter. Depending on the role, it will really dictate the type of training I do," he said.
"For Hercules, it was a 22-week diet, while for G.I. Joe: Retaliation it was about a 14-week diet, and for Pain & Gain I wanted to come out looking bulky, big, and dangerous, so we adjusted accordingly."
