More and more people are enjoying a vacation without clothes, or 'nakationing', reports the Daily Mail Australia.

While holidaying naked isn't for everyone, there are plenty who embrace the freedom of a clothing-optional lifestyle.

From singing nude karaoke to barely there barbecue - popular hotels and resorts are catering to the 'nakation' holiday trends.

1. KATI KATI NATURIST PARK - NEW ZEALAND

Kati Kati Naturist Park is described as New Zealand's most 'upscale naturist resort', according to Trip Savvy.

The park's website states clothing is not encouraged, with guests 'expected to go clothes-free whenever the weather is suitable'.

The park also offers 'world-renowned nudieoke' (nude karaoke).

In classic Aussie tradition, there's also bare barbequeing - though members are cautioned to take care while cooking naked.

3. HEDONISM II - JAMAICA

The aptly named luxury resort Hedonism II is a popular choice for those looking for a clothing-optional, sexy, party atmosphere.
