After peeing on the stick, the app detects a sample and notifies the user. There's still an anxiety ridden three minute countdown but the app attempts to subdue this by selecting "Calm Me," "Educate Me," or "Entertain Me" to learn about fertility or watch puppy videos to ease your nerves.
When the time is up, a secure code is requested to reveal results. Depending on whether or not you are expecting, the app offers a series of suitable "next steps".
Test results can also be stored as a fertility record while for mums-to-be, the app can predict a due date, pregnancy milestones, suggest questions to ask the doctor, set reminders about appointments and store updates about the baby's growth.
The app will be available as a free download for iOS and Android users.
