Priced the same as the regular high tea, the vegan option is created with exactly the same level of care and creativity. Guests will love items like the sandwich with roasted capsicum, pesto and vegan cheese, and the sweet golden nutty truffle. Those after gluten and dairy-free options will be equally impressed by High Tea by Cordis – just enquire in advance and then relax in the knowledge that Cordis' talented kitchen team will spoil you very nicely.
After something a little stronger than tea? Cordis makes it easy to enjoy a refreshing drink with a number of add-ons to the regular High Tea selection. There are Cordis' famous tea-tails — alcoholic cocktails featuring Cordis' hand-blended range of tea — as well as French Champagne or sparkling wine add-ons, depending on what tickles your fancy.
