She wore it while presenting the In Memoriam segment, which honours people in the industry who have died.
Morgan tweeted a picture of the outfit with the comment "Would Susan Sarandon wear this to a funeral? No. It was thus horribly inappropriate for an In Memoriam tribute".
Many women have now jumped on Sarandon's bandwagon and Morgan's Twitter is being flooded with pictures of women's cleavage.
He has tweeted in response "I must be punished. Please don't stop them." and noted that
he wasn't complaining about model Nikki Leigh tweeting her cleavage to him.
On Sarandon's original tweet to Morgan, fans have commented, showing their support and calling her a queen and an inspiration.
