LONDON - Catwalk queen Claudia Schiffer has given birth to a baby daughter at London's Portland Hospital, her publicist says.
The as yet unnamed baby, weighing in at seven pounds and two ounces, is the second child for the 34-year-old German-born model and her film producer husband Matthew Vaughn following thebirth of their son Caspar in January last year.
"We are absolutely thrilled at our newest addition to our family," Vaughn said in a statement. "I would like to thank my beautiful wife Claudia for giving me an equally beautiful daughter, a little sister for Caspar."
