Spanish spring

For Spanish-speaking countries in the Southern Hemisphere, September 21 is the first day of spring, and Hamilton celebrates with a Latin-themed day on September 30. The event, at the Hamilton Gardens Pavilion and Jardin Hispanico, starts at 2pm with a parade featuring flags from Latin American countries, followed by traditional dances from Argentina, Chile, Colombia and others.
